Shot Clinic Appointments

We are now having Shot Clinic by Appointment Only.

If your child has missed any routine vaccines at a well visit due to illness or any other reason but are otherwise on a normal schedule, please use these sign up links below to schedule an appointment.

Springfield shot clinic hours:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

10:00 am -12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

If you or your child has any illness symptoms or exposures, please do not come to shot clinic. 

If your child is on an alternate vaccine schedule, he/she must have a scheduled appointment for vaccines.
